What you will do

• Analyze and optimize PC and console games for mobile platforms.
• Optimize shaders, textures, render passes, and rendering features to improve game asset quality and performance.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of potential projects.
• Create and enhance tools for benchmarking, analysis, and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with art, design, and programming teams.

Requirements

• On-site work in Giebelstadt, Germany.
• Experience with Unity and/or Unreal Engine and/or other game engines.
• Familiarity or interest in mobile GPUs and graphics APIs like Vulkan, Metal, or OpenGL.
• Technical know-how in shader programming (HLSL/GLSL or similar).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C2 level).
• Experience with debugging/profiling tools such as RenderDoc, Unity Profiler, Unreal Insights, Snapdragon Profiler, or Arm Mobile Studio.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android/iOS platforms.
• Industry experience in game development.
