📍 Location: Poland, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan (full-time, remote or office)

Elinext is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a high-impact team building a scalable, resilient platform powering real-time video streaming and IoT device control.
You’ll work at the intersection of distributed systems, media streaming, and cloud architecture — directly shaping experiences for millions of users.

🔧 Tech stack & responsibilities:
– Java, Spring, Python, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3)
– Streaming protocols: RTSP, RTP, HLS, SIP
– WebSockets, MQTT, Kafka, ffmpeg, Wireshark
– Microservices, low-latency services, CI/CD pipelines
– Cross-functional work with mobile, firmware & DevOps teams

📌 Requirements:
– 4–6+ years of backend development (Java is key)
– Experience with real-time or streaming systems (preferable)
– Solid knowledge of system design, multithreading, networking (HTTP, TCP, UDP, TLS)
– Ability to take ownership, suggest architecture improvements, and work autonomously
– Confident spoken and written English
