What you will do

• Design and deliver ML/LLM solutions end-to-end including prototyping, offline evaluation, and production rollout.
• Build and iterate on AI agents using benchmarks and product metrics.
• Choose and implement appropriate ML approaches including classical ML, LLMs, and agent architectures.
• Collaborate with Python Platform team to productionize solutions with monitoring and scalability.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain
• Strong ML and LLM expertise including frameworks like LlamaIndex or LangChain.
• 3+ years Python engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience with backend services (FastAPI, Docker, Pydantic, PostgreSQL).
• Clear communication in English (minimum B2 level).
