What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Own production services and ensure monitoring coverage, troubleshoot and fix production issues.
• Build zero-downtime upgrade processes and enable cloud provider migration.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security practices.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra, India
• 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX-like systems, networking, security architectures, and IAM.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Heroku).
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl).
• Experience with monitoring tools, NoSQL and RDBMS databases, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
