Salary: $165,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring success with hirify.global's cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customers to design, prototype, and deploy tailored Kubernetes and networking solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives and technical leadership during customer meetings and workshops.
• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and product enhancements.
• Conduct technical reviews and optimize customer workloads for performance and efficiency.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and contribute to R&D efforts for emerging products.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
• Proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure or related fields.
• Strong expertise in networking technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud computing architecture.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, Infiniband, NCCL, and HPC networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Slurm workload manager and distributed training/inference workloads.
• Interest or familiarity with hirify.global's cloud infrastructure offerings or similar platforms.
