What you will do

• Build and lead a world-class engineering team focused on storage security.
• Develop authentication, authorization, key management, and encryption functions for AI Object Storage.
• Work with advanced storage technologies like RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, SPDK, and distributed filesystem protocols.
• Improve storage stack reliability, observability, and performance metrics.
• Analyze telemetry and system data to enhance throughput, latency, and resilience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with platform, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless storage capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
• 3+ years managing technical teams and 5+ years hands-on software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3+ years security engineering experience with expertise in storage security technologies.
• Experience with distributed/cloud storage systems such as Ceph, Lustre, MinIO, or GPUDirect Storage.
• Strong skills in authentication, authorization, key management, encryption, and observability systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in high-scale, low-latency environments, especially cloud, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure.
