What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems for AI healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to build efficient data pipelines.
• Build and manage APIs and microservices for AI model interaction.
• Implement strong data security, privacy, and compliance for patient data.
• Monitor and optimize backend system performance and reliability.
• Translate healthcare and product requirements into technical architectures.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Palo Alto, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years backend development experience with Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS control planes, relational databases, RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, S3).
• Proven ability to architect scalable, production-grade backend systems.
• English proficiency at least B2.

• Experience building agentic frameworks or orchestration platforms for LLM agents.
