What you will do

• Serve as Technical Lead for Release Orchestration product development teams
• Own and become expert in a range of topics to deliver quality, lasting solutions
• Lead by example and inspire team members to produce the best solutions

Requirements

• Must be located in Lithuania, hybrid work possible for candidates outside Vilnius
• Bachelor's degree and professional experience in enterprise software development
• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with strong backend affinity
• Excellent knowledge of Java and Scala, Spring, Akka, ORMs, SQL databases
• Experience with testing frameworks JUnit and ScalaTest
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Phenomenal written and spoken English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, Kubernetes, and cloud platform APIs
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Willingness to mentor and support team growth
