What you will do

• Serve as the Technical Lead for Release Orchestration product development teams.
• Own various technical domains and produce high-quality, long-term solutions.
• Lead by example and mentor team members to achieve optimal technical results.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services with a focus on architecture and performance.

Requirements

• Must be located in Lithuania.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
• Expertise in Java and Scala, along with Spring, Akka, and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUnit and ScalaTest.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Phenomenal written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Go or Kubernetes cloud platform APIs.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript tooling.
