Staff Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch products and services.
• Act as the de facto creative director for innovative projects and indirectly lead designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Build relationships with product leaders and manage executive stakeholders.
• Apply research methods and assess technology, business, and user opportunities and constraints.
• Shape direction, strategy, and product architecture for global products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Expert-level UX, visual, and interaction design skills.
• Ability to define direction and processes and lead others through them.
• Experience motivating small to medium teams and transforming products.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, setting vision and strategy, and designing for offline experiences.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus experience with zero-to-one work or major product redesigns.
