What you will do
- Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation
- Deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track sales performance across segments
- Optimize sales processes to remove friction and improve conversion rates
- Oversee the sales tech stack, ensuring tools are integrated, reliable, and fully adopted
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a scaling B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record supporting multi-segment, multi-geo sales organizations
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and interpret complex data
- Exceptional project management and change management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
