What you will do

• Design, develop, and support complex data solution architectures.
• Build and optimize high-performance data pipelines on public cloud services.
• Implement and manage Lakehouse architectures using technologies like Iceberg.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and database transformations using Python and SQL.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD principles to ensure automated, secure deployments.
• Collaborate within an agile team to deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building data pipelines on public cloud platforms.
• 1+ years in data solution architecture, design, and development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and database architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and Spark ecosystems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Must be able to work on-site/hybrid in Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hadoop ecosystems.
• Expertise in advanced analytics or machine learning infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
