Site Reliability Engineer

TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps): Operating, maintaining, and improving cloud-based software and systems with an accent on automation initiatives and ensuring reliability in production. Focus on developing Infrastructure as Code, performing real-time system monitoring, and incident response for high-impact changes.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 3x/week attendance at the Prague office.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain cloud-based products in a DevOps/SRE environment.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
• Perform real-time system monitoring and incident response.
• Provide technical direction for high-impact changes on SLAs.
• Deploy applications in cloud environments.
• Conduct onboarding tests, assess technical risks, and prepare mitigation plans.

Requirements

• At least one scripting language (Bash or Python) for automation and Linux administration.
• Advanced experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Advanced knowledge of Git for version control and workflows.
• Basic understanding of SSL/TLS and networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing).
• Experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure as Code principles.
