TL;DR

ETL Developer (Fintech): Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and workflows for client data quality and data warehousing in a financial services environment with an accent on performance optimization, automation, and data accuracy. Focus on building scalable ETL pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and architects, and resolving data discrepancies.

Location: Gurgaon, India, Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and workflows for multiple data sources including 3rd-party feeds and CRM data.
  • Maintain client data repositories ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely onboarding.
  • Collaborate with data management, data scientists, and business stakeholders to improve data quality and reduce time to market.
  • Partner with central engineering teams on platform-level data initiatives.
  • Fix ETL job failures and data discrepancies promptly.
  • Document ETL processes and participate in code reviews following development standards.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in Gurgaon, India with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • 4+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS and cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala and experience with SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
