What you will do
- Lead and mentor developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using PHP and Symfony.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Stay current with technology trends and continuously improve development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and familiarity with backend best practices.
- Proven experience with the Symfony framework.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and ORM frameworks, ideally Doctrine.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in agile or distributed teams.
