What you will do

• Support continual improvement initiatives and collaborate with Domain Service Owners.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications within the hirify.global market.
• Monitor service delivery performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Consolidate and manage Tech Infrastructure demand and project execution.
• Lead infrastructure projects including openings, closings, and revamps on time and budget.
• Engage with local vendors to ensure contractual compliance and track performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan
• College or university degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years in Infrastructure IT services and project management.
• Experience in infrastructure maintenance including network, server, AWS/Azure cloud.
• Experience in retail infrastructure environments.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

• Understanding of data analytics and BI solutions.
