What you will do

• Define design vision, strategy, and operating model for company-wide collaboration.
• Lead and coach the design team to improve craft, workflows, and collaboration.
• Drive excellence in Discovery and Delivery across research, ideation, prototyping, and execution.
• Act as a change agent to improve processes and increase design maturity.
• Contribute hands-on to key design initiatives including concepts, prototypes, and design reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product/UI/UX Design with 4+ years in design leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery with proven product outcome improvements.
• Ability to develop, hire, mentor, and coach designers at various seniority levels.
• Comfort leading organizational or process transformation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.
