What you will do
- Own and lead design for Client Experience Operations products and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product management to solve design challenges.
- Lead design of AI-powered tools for customer support agents and client interactions.
- Create concepts and prototypes with appropriate fidelity to visualize ideas.
- Use user research and data to inform product strategy and design solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate product design.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada or the US (remote).
- Proven experience in systems design and strong UX thinking.
- Passion and knowledge of AI tools and workflows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Experience leading user research and translating insights into design.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
