What you will do

• Own the design vision for aftersales journeys across B2C and B2B customers.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product roadmap prioritization and execution to enhance customer experience.
• Advocate and facilitate effective design methods and tools within teams.
• Ensure clarity and quality of design solutions from conception to delivery.
• Mentor and coach other designers, promoting inclusive design practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for international team collaboration.
• At least 8 years of experience in product design roles.
• Proven experience working in dynamic design and research teams with stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of design methods and UX/UI craft.
• Passion for mentoring and inclusive design.
• Attention to detail and systematic approach to design.
