What you will do

Lead optimization and fine-tuning of O-RAN product performance.
Design and implement scalable O-RAN architectures.
Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking of O-RAN systems.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance algorithms and code efficiency.
Manage resource utilization and implement performance tuning strategies.
Develop and execute test plans for O-RAN elements.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in London for onsite work
Experience with O-RAN products or solutions.
Strong proficiency in C++ programming and software performance optimization.
Background in telecommunications and wireless networks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
