Creative Copywriter (Marketing): Creating engaging and persuasive content that drives sales while analyzing performance data to optimize ad strategies. Focus on collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop compelling ad concepts and storytelling.

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) in Vilnius

What you will do

Create copy for various formats including headlines and call-to-actions.
Write briefs for graphic designers and video editors.
Analyze ad performance and iterate on creative ideas.
Collaborate with project managers and marketing teams.
Develop data-backed ad concepts and gather audience insights.

Requirements

Native-level English fluency and strong Lithuanian language skills.
Understanding of digital traffic and creative formats.
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content.
Strong creative intuition and storytelling skills.
