Content Manager: Managing the entire content process including writing, editing, optimizing, and measuring SEO blog posts and other content. Focus on SEO best practices, keyword strategy alignment, and content performance tracking.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: 2200–3500 EUR/month

What you will do

• Write SEO blog posts targeting high-impact keywords across platforms.
• Edit and optimize existing content to improve rankings, readability, and conversions.
• Proofread and improve content created by the in-house team.
• Track content performance using tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console and suggest improvements.
• Align content with keyword strategy and product goals.
• Apply SEO best practices including internal linking, metadata, headers, and structured formatting.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing or content management.
• Full ownership of content from planning to publishing.
• Confidence in editing and providing constructive feedback.
• Understanding of search intent, internal linking, and on-page SEO principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
