What you will do

• Ensure accurate tracking, data collection, and consistency across the website by managing and optimizing web analytics and tag management solutions
• Leverage data visualization best practices to build marketing and business performance dashboards
• Develop and present regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test results to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by auditing tracking implementations and resolving discrepancies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech or IT environment
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and web tracking best practices
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar
• Strong experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking implementation
• Basic SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Basic Python knowledge
• Solid understanding of A/B testing best practices and applied statistics
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
