What you will do

• Manage large engineering teams and directly lead engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Provide technical input and drive initiatives across teams and business areas.
• Collaborate with senior leadership including C-level executives.
• Build and guide the technical roadmap and take ownership of strategic projects.
• Develop and inspire engineering talent, including hiring and mentoring future managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
• Experience managing large engineering teams (25+ people) and engineering managers.
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in management roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in languages such as React, Javascript, Kotlin, Scala, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of scalable systems, microservices, and clean architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with C-level executives.
