What you will do
- Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models such as forecasting, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
- Drive experimentation and implementation of GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based solutions tailored to business needs.
- Co-own ML Ops lifecycle including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, retraining, and governance.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure scalable data pipelines and integration with Lakehouse (Databricks).
- Partner with business functions to prioritize high-impact use cases and ensure alignment with global teams.
- Promote innovation, agile piloting, and continuous learning within the team and represent the team in global forums.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Gurgaon, India
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI with proven track record in business context.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and ML Ops tools (MLflow, Airflow, Databricks).
- Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, agentic architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and strategic business acumen.
