What you will do

• Define and update job descriptions
• Screen incoming applications and conduct active headhunting on LinkedIn
• Participate in interviews and support candidates throughout selection
• Collaborate on recruitment process management and improvements
• Assist with data-driven analyses and reporting
• Contribute to recruitment projects and campaigns

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Proactivity and results orientation
• Strong teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Milan, Italy

Nice to have

• Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
