What you will do

• Post job advertisements on major recruiting platforms
• Screen CVs and conduct initial screening interviews
• Support communication with department managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage and organize HR documentation and records
• Contribute to HR projects, especially in training and talent development

Requirements

• Strong interest in Human Resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Humanities, or related field (ongoing or completed)
• Good command of English (from good to advanced)
