What you will do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
  • Build and optimize production-grade models ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines for ingestion, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Champion best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation.
  • Integrate emerging AI trends like Generative AI into real-world applications.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Oragadam, India
  • 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning with at least 2 years in senior or lead roles.
  • Proven experience delivering production-ready AI solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and tools like Databricks, MLflow.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
