What you will do

• Design and implement automation frameworks for Aruba network technologies including Central, Mobility Conductors, Gateways, and Switches.
• Create and maintain Python scripts and Ansible playbooks for network provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and policy enforcement.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, and Python to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Integrate APIs with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and monitoring tools using REST APIs.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of network automation code.
• Develop proactive monitoring and predictive analytics solutions to prevent operational issues.
• Document processes and mentor team members to enhance automation capabilities.
• Act as escalation point for troubleshooting complex network automation challenges.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Oragadam, India
• 3–5 years of experience with enterprise networks, especially Aruba technologies.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with Ansible or similar automation tools.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and security principles.
• Familiarity with Aruba Central APIs, version control systems like Git, and certifications such as ACSP, ACMP, ACCP, ACCX.
• Experience with NAPALM, Netmiko, Nornir, Terraform, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
