What you will do

• Lead and scale a mid-sized satellite engineering team.
• Design, integrate, and validate complex space systems.
• Collaborate on requirements engineering with stakeholders.
• Coordinate subsystem integration across engineering teams.
• Perform feasibility studies and support business development bids.

Requirements

• Must have at least 15 years of systems engineering experience on satellite projects.
• Experience in end-to-end GEO system design and building.
• Proven leadership in managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Extensive commercial space industry experience and knowledge of space industry standards (NASA, ECSS).
• Full lifecycle experience from requirements to AIT and launch.
• Strong mission analysis and subsystem knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with geo-stationary communication satellite projects or space primes.
• Exposure to space startups.
• Holistic systems thinking and strong communication skills.
