TL;DR
QA Engineer (SQL/Manual Testing): Ensuring product quality and reliability through comprehensive test planning, manual testing, QA documentation, and customer behavior analysis with an accent on SQL-based data validation and structured test reporting. Focus on identifying defects, improving customer experience, and strengthening QA processes through cross-functional collaboration.
Location: On-site at Kostava Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00.

What you will do
- Simulate customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including Software Test Description, Software Test Plan, Software Test Specification, and Software Test Report.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering product functionality and performance.
- Perform manual testing, document defects, and track bugs through resolution.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate and analyze data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- Experience creating and managing QA documentation, including STD, STP, STS, and STR.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience writing queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in German or French.
- Experience with MixPanel or Snowflake.
