What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for deployment, configuration, and testing automation.
• Integrate security into release workflows ensuring compliance of CI/CD tools.
• Improve build systems and developer workflows to reduce build times and remove bottlenecks.
• Develop scalable tools and infrastructure for software development, testing, debugging, and release.
• Maintain backend infrastructure supporting development and test environments.
• Develop instrumentation for monitoring and logging service health and availability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Pune, India
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX-like systems (Ubuntu) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing security in CI/CD pipelines and using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Heroku).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Shell, Java, or Clojure programming languages.
• Familiarity with IDEs such as IntelliJ, VSCode, Emacs.
• Understanding of testing challenges and CLI tools.
• Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective solutions.
