What you will do
- Create and debug character and prop rigs for various projects.
- Perform character skinning and direct skinning workflows.
- Coordinate with character artists and animators to improve animation content quality.
- Collaborate with technical teams for scripting and plugin support.
- Develop and maintain facial rigs to support facial animation pipelines.
- Participate in and supervise integration of animation assets into game engines.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Beijing, China
- Proficiency in Maya and 3ds Max.
- Experience with IK/FK blending, spline controls, and animator-friendly control setups.
- Facial rigging skills including joint-based and blendshapes.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving resourcefulness.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Blender.
- Experience with MotionBuilder and Houdini KineFX.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal and Unity.
- English language skills (written and/or spoken).
