What you will do

• Develop and maintain key client-side components for rich, scalable game experiences.
• Partner with server, product, and design teams to ensure technical alignment and quality.
• Apply engineering best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and load testing.
• Perform performance optimization and troubleshoot complex issues across mobile platforms.
• Participate in regular in-person collaboration sessions in the Shanghai office.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English required.
• Experience developing commercial games using Unity and C#.
• Experience with mobile native coding (Java/Kotlin, ObjC/Swift, or C/C++), network programming, or 3D graphics.
• Familiarity with Git, Bash, and Gradle.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week in the Shanghai office.

• Experience with profiling and optimization for mobile.
• Experience developing productivity tools and efficient procedures.
• Experience leading a team, including task scoping, mentoring, and prototyping.
