What you will do

• Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities.
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams, communicating issues and coordinating software customizations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale software implementation projects within EU or public sector.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, BPMN, and Business Rules Management.
