What you will do
- Deliver business applications training and support through various formats including on-the-job, remote, and classroom training
- Prepare and update training materials
- Provide 1st and 2nd level user support to clients
- Act as liaison with other teams to identify and resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or Law
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Atlassian JIRA or similar
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Strong customer service orientation and good communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English language
- Experience in business applications training and user support, preferably in public sector is a plus

- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
