What you will do

• Deliver business applications training and support through various formats including on-the-job, remote, and classroom training
• Prepare and update training materials
• Provide 1st and 2nd level user support to clients
• Act as liaison with other teams to identify and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or Law
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Atlassian JIRA or similar
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong customer service orientation and good communication and presentation skills
• Very good command of the English language
• Experience in business applications training and user support services, preferably in the public sector is a plus

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
