What you will do
- Analyze incidents and provide first and second-line support both remotely and on-site
- Act as service desk, incident, and problem agent and analyst
- Record and track incident, request, and problem information
- Participate in PC environment reconfiguration and installation
- Document operational support procedures and draft technical content for knowledge base
- Perform testing and administration of applications
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium
- Minimum 3+ years of professional IT support experience including in-person support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and video conferencing
- Fluency in English and French, both written and oral
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and Windows computers
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
- Good communication skills, user-oriented and empathetic
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional official EU languages, especially German
