What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code that meets high quality and performance standards.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Estimate development tasks, perform peer code reviews, and create clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with Java and React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Spring Boot.
• Experience with modern software development principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for building great software.
