What you will do

• Create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics aligned with client needs.
• Perform editing tasks and create sound beds as required.
• Lead a team of designers and motion artists ensuring successful project execution.
• Support strategic development of the motion team and advise on design and motion elements.
• Collaborate closely with creatives to bring concepts and storyboards to life.
• Support quality control checks to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines with willingness to work onsite as needed.
• Work hours aligned with UK time zone (3 PM–12 AM or 4 PM–1 AM Manila time).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in motion graphics with strong design and editing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related software (After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Maya, Da Vinci Resolve).
• Experience managing designers and motion artists with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative on projects.
