Test Engineer (Electronics)

TL;DR

Test Engineer: Defining and developing analog and digital test modules for integration into production test programs at both wafer level and final test. Focus on collaborating with VLSI teams and vendors, designing ATE hardware, and optimizing for High-Speed SerDes Testing.

Location: Must be based in Israel and willing to travel within and outside Israel to vendor sites.

What you will do

• Evaluate design specifications/datasheets into ATE test definitions in collaboration with VLSI teams.
• Define, develop, and characterize analog and digital test modules for production test programs.
• Design ATE HW (Load Boards & Probe Cards), optimized for High-Speed SerDes Testing.
• Analyze and evaluate component specification versus performance.
• Work independently with company stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of ATE test development experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest/Teradyne testers.
• Experience with pre-silicon DFT for production definition, pattern generation, conversion, and virtual testing.
• Experience with post-silicon TP characterization and qualification, bringing TP to production quality.

• Technical prowess in design for test and High-Speed SerDes IPs testability.
