What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of co-development projects with internal and external teams.
• Manage day-to-day project operations including scheduling, task tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Support customer game productions by aligning with technical leads on resource planning and milestone tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting outcomes and identifying workflow optimizations.
• Provide strategic input on regional trends and customer needs in Japan and APAC.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or program management in gaming or related technology industries.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with global team experience.
• Solid understanding of game development workflows or ability to translate customer needs into plans.
• Fluent in Japanese and business fluent in English or Korean with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Location: Must be based in Japan.
