What you will do
- Post job openings and source candidates via multiple channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including logistics for virtual and in-person meetings
- Serve as a communication point for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and track hiring metrics
- Support office management tasks including visitor management, supplies, and event organization
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment paperwork
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Seattle, Washington
- 1-2 years of administrative or office management experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
