TL;DR
Senior Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (Fintech): Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Metabase, and other BI tools with an accent on data visualization, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on designing effective self-service data analysis, ensuring data consistency, and supporting business users with BI reporting and visualization challenges.
What you will do
- Define business and data requirements to enable self-service data analysis and automate reporting across the company.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Metabase, and other BI tools.
- Translate data insights into clear visuals for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure consistency of data and metrics across all sources and reports.
- Provide daily support to business users on BI reporting and visualization issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in BI, including data analysis, visualization, and reporting automation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau Desktop.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics and data analysis methods.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematical, Software Engineering, or Computer Science fields is advantageous.
