What you will do
- Interact with users to understand their requests and keep them updated.

- Conduct business audits to assess compliance and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years in tech support or similar role.
- 2+ years in an administrative, operations, compliance, or process-related role.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Advanced level of English.
