What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Proactively explore new opportunities to expand the live-streaming product ecosystem.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of new features from ideation to go-to-market execution.
• Use data insights and user feedback to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Prioritize speed, impact, and quality with a production-focused execution mindset.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in fast-paced tech or consumer app environments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products with measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with data-informed decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across disciplines.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1+), both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Looker.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, social, or monetization industries, including managing in-app purchases and virtual economies.
