What you will do

• Lead and evolve specific areas of the Design System, including components, tokens, and content guidelines.
• Drive Design System adoption across the organization and ensure its scalability and consistency.
• Create clear guidelines and usage examples for designers and developers, advocating for accessibility.
• Validate design decisions through usability testing and data insights.
• Bridge design and development by providing precise implementation details.
• Coordinate and mentor junior designers while contributing to overall UX activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital Product or UX/UI Design.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in digital products and Design Systems.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical topics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design tokens or multi-brand/theming systems.
• Experience with B2B environments or complex platforms.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
• Proficiency in prototyping.
• Curiosity about AI tools to optimize Design Systems workflows.
