Research Operation Development Manager (Engineering): Supporting and managing the definition of the Research Strategy Model across the group with an accent on operational cooperation between key actors. Focus on implementing organizational and financial models for R&I activities and monitoring associated KPIs.

• Support and manage the definition of the Research Strategy Model across the group.
• Implement organizational and financial models supporting all R&I activities.
• Define various associated processes and monitor their deployment.
• Drive performance and user experience requirements.
• Maintain metrics and budgets.
• Engage with key actors in the organization.

Requirements

• 8 years experience in Management and Transformation and/or Business Consulting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (English fluency - C1 minimum).
• MSc/BTech in a technology domain, MBA is a strong differentiator.
• Creative thinking and ability to drive performance.
• Experience maintaining metrics and budgets.
