What you will do

  • Define and execute the 3-year product roadmap to grow hirify.global’s sales platform to $500M revenue.
  • Lead 4-5 product squads, managing product managers and fostering a strong product culture.
  • Drive AI-powered CPQ and deal intelligence features to reduce configuration time and increase win rates.
  • Enhance invoicing, payments, and CRM capabilities within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, GTM, and marketing teams to deliver impactful sales solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Europe or able to work remotely within Europe.
  • 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in sales technology including CPQ, CRM, invoicing, quoting, or QTC systems.
  • Strong product sense, UX focus, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS products and working with AI technologies.
