What you will do

• Implement platform features to improve scalability, security, and reliability.
• Develop reusable self-service components like Helm charts and Terraform modules.
• Write maintainable code and infrastructure as code for repeatable and auditable changes.
• Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to meet business needs.
• Participate in design and architecture reviews for maintainability and resiliency.
• Engage in incident response and post-incident reviews to improve the platform.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, Terraform, and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Understanding of distributed systems and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
