What you will do

• Lead initiatives to build custom solutions integrating healthcare data and platform capabilities.
• Act as a technical expert partnering with customers to resolve complex issues and ensure platform success.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to develop requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Shape product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Solve complex technical problems with rigorous methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• Deep expertise in software and data in healthcare and technology.
• Experience building scalable, efficient solutions with strong programming skills in Python or equivalent.
• Knowledge of large-scale data, computational technologies, and privacy-preserving database solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in API-driven engineering and operations.
